Spice mix No. 1 according to GOST was developed back in Soviet times for the production of premium and first grade sausages. Spice mix No. 1 is used in the production of cooked sausages (such as Lyubitelskaya, Veal, Stolichnaya, Molochnaya, Doktorskaya), frankfurters, sausages, and meat bread ("Zakaznoy", "Lyubitelsky"). The mix has a subtle, pleasant spicy aroma thanks to nutmeg and black pepper. Mix No. 1 is also suitable for making Homemade grill sausages.
Ingredients: dextrose, black pepper, nutmeg.
Storage period: 2 years
Dosage of seasoning: 3.5-4 g per 1 kg of minced meat.
